At Nottingham Menopause Awareness (NMA), we are committed to providing support and resources to businesses and individuals in Nottingham and beyond. Our team is based at the Nottingham Science & Technology Park, within the Heathcoat Building. However, like many organisations, we have adapted to a hybrid working model, combining remote work with office-based appointments.

Due to our flexible working arrangements, our office is primarily open by appointment only. This allows us to provide personalised support and ensure that we are available to meet your needs effectively.

Our team members work remotely from home for much of the week, allowing us to offer flexible support and ensure we are available to address your inquiries and needs efficiently. Despite working remotely, we are fully equipped to provide high-quality assistance and resources.
