Madeleine Cox

Role: Co-Founder and HR Specialist

Madeleine’s journey began in the human resources field, where she has worked for over 25 years. Her career has seen her through various HR roles, culminating in senior positions where she championed employee wellbeing and support. Her personal experience with menopause and her role in supporting her colleagues through HR led her to co-found NMA. Madeleine is passionate about using her extensive HR knowledge to help businesses create inclusive and supportive workplaces.

Eleanor Harris

Role: Co-Founder and Wellness Advocate

With a background in health and wellness, Eleanor has dedicated much of her career to improving employee health programs. Her work in designing and implementing workplace wellness initiatives gave her first-hand insight into the challenges faced by employees experiencing menopause. Eleanor’s personal experience and professional expertise fuel her commitment to providing practical, evidence-based support. At NMA, she focuses on integrating wellness strategies and resources to support menopausal employees effectively.


Natasha Gilbert

Role: Co-Founder and Employee Relations Expert

Natasha’s expertise in employee relations and her longstanding career in HR have equipped her with a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and the importance of inclusivity. Over the years, Natasha has guided numerous businesses through complex employee issues, including those related to menopause. Her role in NMA is to offer guidance on best practices for supporting staff and to help businesses navigate the challenges of creating a menopause-friendly workplace.

Role: Co-Founder and Community Engagement Specialist
